Genomgång av eventuella mätningar och undersökningar som gjorts tidigare görs för att lära känna er verksamhet så bra som möjligt. Finns det t.ex. några KPI:er vi ska fokusera extra på? Bakgrundskollen gör vi kostnadsfritt och ingår som en del i helhetsanalysen.
Tillsammans sätter vi KPI:er för engagemang och tar fram en plan för hur vi kontinuerligt ska arbeta med prioriterade områden. Vi delar "best practices" samtidigt som vi är lyhörda inför era specifika mål och satsningar.
